December 3rd and 4th, 2005
Qi Gong, Acupressure & Massage Treatment Seminar
On December 3rd and 4th, Master Philip Lai and Christine Lum successfully conducted a two day seminar. On the first day, Christine taught spinal massage and acupressure. All the attendees had an unforgettable experience in relaxation when they worked with their partner using the detailed instructions given by Christine.

During the second day, Master Lai taught the Three Treasure Qi Gong exercises, meditation and some aura visualizations. A large number of the students could feel the energy emitted and guided by Master Lai. Thanks again to the following people who made the seminar a success: Master Philip Lai, Christine Lum, Oanh Ngyuen, Patrick Lam, Brian Lum, Kenny Lum, Andre Lafontaine and Angela Fung. October 1st and 2nd, 2005
Qi Gong, Acupressure & Massage Level 1 Seminar
This was a special occasion–it was the first two day workshop given by Master Lai since the association was created. Many fundamentals of Qi Gong were taught. These included instruction on Three Treasures Qi Gong, Five Element related to Qi Gong and many other forms. Also taught were methods of acupressure and massage techniques (such as foot massage). Thank you to everyone involved in this longer workshop and we hope that what has been taught can be applied during everyday life. Click following images to view larger images:

Qi Gong, Acupressure and Massage Treatment Workshop
We had an excellent response—visitors came from distant places such as Mont-Tremblant and other cities. By using hands-on techniques, many participants could sense or see their partner's energy (aura) and experience the power of self-healing. They also learned many simple, easy-to-apply—but very powerful and effective—techniques. People learned to open blockages in their bioenergy fields and meridians. They also practiced cleansing their sick, negative Qi (energy). Thank you to all of the participants, volunteers as well as the instructors. Click following images to view larger images:

World Tai Chi and Qi Gong Day
People across the world held events to celebrate this special day. We had a large turn-out of people who joined us for tea and who also received free instruction. Thank you to the volunteers, members and welcome guests who helped make this event possible. Click following image to view larger image:
