This event was held at the New Great Wall Restaurant. Before
dinner, people received Qi Gong instructions to help them reduce stress
and any stiffness or soreness that they may experience from travelling
a long distance e.g., in a car, bus, or airplane, or from sitting at
your desk or using a computer. Techniques were taught in the form of
exercises, acupressure, massage, visualization and breathing, to relieve
these ailments. After the lessons everyone enjoyed an 11 course Chinese
dinner. Click following images to view larger

Over 50 people joined us for
this free workshop! Many Qi Gong techniques were taught including
Three Treasures Qi Gong but the most important training we did was "clapping
hand" Qi Gong. Through the vibration of the palm, we activated
our energy to open our meridians and strengthen our bio-energy field.
The participants were very focused on learning and practicing the
Chinese meditation techniques. Master Lai also emitted and guided
energy to strengthen the participants' vital life force.
After the training, we had some snacks to eat and some good Chinese
tea to drink. We also gave away free herbal tea as well as over 15
gifts for a luck draw. We had a wonderful workshop and hope you can
join us next time. Click following images to
