Decemeber 1 and 8, 2007
This class included training on how to visualize healing images. While in a meditative
state, participants used a specific images to reduce or remove a specific medical
problem or complaint, e.g., related to the heart, respiratory system, digestive
system or muscle pain. The teachings were a big help to many, especially during
the tough onset of winter.
September 8, 2007
Master Philip Lai and associates of the LAMAS Qi Gong Association of Canada
offered a free Qi Gong workshop to the public. Many people came to learn.

The
Ottawa Sun helped promote our association with a Sun
Media video as well as an article in the newspaper titled "Feeling
the healing; Plug into the ancient Chinese technique of chi gong" by

May 26 & 27, 2007
During this all-day, two-day workshop, LAMAS teachers taught movements to guide
the Qi to open the participants five meridians: heart, liver, spleen, lung
and kidney, corresponding to the five elements. They also taught principles
of meridians and 5 elements theory.
April 28, 2007
This was an important global health and healing event
which will unfolded across the planet.
Master Philip Lai and associates of the LAMAS Qi Gong Association of Canada
supported and promoted the event by offering a free Qi Gong and Tai Chi workshop
to the public on this day.

As part of the Spring Edition of the Writer Festival, Ottawa
International Writers Festival, Master Philip Lai offered a free Introductory
Qi Gong class to the public at the Library and Archives of Canada.
