Earth Element
An overview of the Five Element Theory, and how it affects the health of our
body, was be presented during these sessions. In addition, information concerning
the location of the spleen meridians (energy channels), and how to open them
by using simple movements and a special chant, was be provided to participants.
The spleen is associated with the earth element in traditional Chinese medicine.

Hideaway
This training included an introduction to basic theory in Qi Gong as well as
detailed instructions on how to do Qi cultivation warm up, Diaphragmatic breathing,
Microcosmic breathing, some acupressure techniques, Health Investment Qi Gong
and Three Treasures Qi Gong. In both workshops we taught the same materials.
During the session, Master Lai taught Aura meditation for self-healing, he
emitted energy to help the clients to heal themselves. He and the associates
also provided acupressure and massage to the clients with their request.
May 10, 24, and 31
This course contained an overview of the Five Element Theory and how it affects
the health of our body. In addition, information concerning the location of
the liver meridians (energy channels) and how to open them, by using simple
movements and a special chant, was provided. The liver is associated with the
wood element in traditional Chinese medicine.
April 26, 2008
This annual event is intended to increase awareness and promote the advantages
of practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong around the world. The people who joined us
participated in some simple exercises, learning about benefits of doing these
exercises. They also got to see demonstrations of more complex forms. Those
who already practice Tai Chi or Qi Gong shared their appreciation and enthusiasm
for its healing and health benefits.
April 5, 12, and 19
A simplified short form of Tai Chi consisting of 8 movements was taught—just
in time to celebrate World Tai Chi and Qi Gong Day on April 26.
March 1, 8 and 15, 2008
This course contained an overview of the Five Element Theory and how it affects
the health of our body. Additionally, information was presented concerning
the location of the kidney meridians (energy channels) and how to open them
by using simple movements and a special chant. The kidney is associated with
the water element in traditional Chinese medicine. Participators enjoyed the
event a great deal.
