learn gentle movements and effective meditation techniques that will
help you to reduce your stress, improve
your health, and activate your healing ability. Don't forget to check

training includes an introduction to some basic theory in Qi Gong
as well as detailed instructions on how to do the following movements:
Qi cultivation, warm up exercises, diaphragmatic

Master Philip Lai
and associates of the National LAMAS Qi
Gong Association of Canada. Master Lai has 30 years of experience instructing
Qi Gong and martial art classes. A survey of the students who took
the Beginner Training at McNabb Recreation Centre in January 2010, indicated
that they were very satisfied with the level of knowledge and experience
of the instructors as well as the presentation of the theory and exercises.
