(Beginner Training)
Cost: $45 for the 3 training sessions held in the month in which you start.

training includes an introduction to some basic theory in Qi Gong
as well as detailed instructions on how to do the following movements:
Qi cultivation warm up, Diaphragmatic breathing, some
acupressure techniques, Health Investment Qi Gong – see

martial arts or yoga required. Elements of both Qi Gong and Kung
Fu will help to increase your co-ordination of mind and body in order
to improve
your energy level and self defense abilities. Detailed instruction

Advanced Class
Cost: $10 on a drop-in basis. This
class will not be held on those days that there are workshops or
training sessions being held. |
In order to attend this class, you are
required to take the training session for the Bridge and Wild Goose
as they are practiced in the Advanced Class. Other exercises done
include: Lion’s Mane, White Crane, Liver Cleansing, Kidney
Cleansing, and Still Fish Dance. |

Wild Goose Qi Gong Training
Cost: $60 for 4 classes

Detailed instruction on a Qi Gong form called the
Wild Goose will be taught. This form involves movements similar to
some forms of Tai Chi, but is more beneficial for your overall health.
Attendance at 4 or more Level 1 ongoing practice classes is required
before this training can be taken. |
