LAMAS
Qi Gong Association
The National LAMAS
Qi Gong Association (the "Association") is a non profit organization based in Ottawa,
Ontario, Canada which receives no government funding. Its primary goal
is to promote Qi Gong and Tai Chi by offering ongoing classes and special
workshops that enable the participants to learn Qi Gong and Tai Chi exercises,
meditation and other techniques (such as Chinese acupressure and massage)
to help them improve their health and well being.
Our knowledgeable and
experienced instructors teach at a number of locations in Ottawa and
receive ongoing training from Master Philip Lai.
The Association appreciates and acknowledges the contribution of our
volunteers who are as follows:

class room, and miscellaneous

member, writer and editor of training material, set up and take down
of electronic equipment and general electronic
support
- Larry – senior member, and set up and take down of equipment
in the class room
